TikTok creator text API

Three real HTTPS JSON endpoints for formatting your own text and normalizing TikTok links. No account or paid service is required. Free public access is limited to 30 requests per minute per IP. Server-to-server access is supported; cross-origin browser access is not enabled.

POST /api/v1/format.php — JSON fields caption, hashtags. Returns formatted text, unique tags and character count.

POST /api/v1/hashtags.php — JSON field hashtags. Deduplicates and normalizes tags.

POST /api/v1/tiktok-link.php — JSON field url. Rejects other domains; strips tracking parameters without following the URL.

GET /api/v1/health.php — service status, no request quota.

Responses use JSON and standard HTTP statuses (200, 405, 413, 415, 422, 429, 503). Input size is limited to 8 KB. This is a text-and-link utility API, not a TikTok content scraping or video download API.
