Privacy policy

What happens to your content: Caption, hashtag, bio, subtitle, video-checker and cover-frame tools work inside your browser. TokDock does not upload or store those inputs on its server.

Link cleaning: The link cleaner runs locally in your browser. The optional developer endpoint can receive a TikTok URL for validation, but does not fetch the linked content.

Operational logs: Our web server may record network metadata such as IP address, requested path, timestamp and user agent for security and troubleshooting. Retention depends on our hosting log configuration.

Local storage: The posting checklist and saved hashtag sets may store data in your own browser. You can clear them using the Reset button or your browser settings.

Developer API: The API receives the text or URL you send and processes it without persistent content storage. To enforce rate limits, the server stores a non-reversible hash derived from a request IP address and short request counters. Standard web server access logs may separately retain IP addresses according to hosting settings.

Third parties: TokDock does not require paid external AI APIs. Advertising, analytics or other providers are not integrated into this initial release. This policy will be updated before adding any such service.
